What are the benefits?

Aromatherapy is a noun- “the use of aromatic plant extracts and essential oils for healing and cosmetic purposes.”- Definition from Oxford languages.

How does aromatherapy work you may ask.

Well it works through the the olfactory system the sense of smell

Essential oils extracted from different parts of plants via various extraction methods, such as steam distillation and cold pressing.

Essential oils can be mixed into vegetable oils such as Sweet Almond, grape-seed or avocado oil to be massaged into the body.

Each of these Vegetable oils have their own benefits, for example avocado oil is good for mature or very dry skin, it deeply nourishes. Combined with selected essential oil can give the skin the deep moisture required with the enhancing mood effect.

It can also be added into a diffuser to disperse the aroma around the room. working on the olfactory system the sense of smell.

Incorporating essential oils into your life can assist with with lifting or just relaxing and calming your emotions, thereby contributing to elevated emotions. Which is key to manifestation.

Select the essential oil based on the desired effected, for example Lavender and Geranium are good for their calming and relaxing effects. Where as the citrus variety such as Lemon and Orange are uplifters.

There are many books that detail the properties and effect of various essential oils. I would recommend starting off with just a couple, if just starting out and adding a few drops to a diffuser.

You can choose to combine essential oils, however ensure to not contradict the scent, which will void the desired effect additional making it unpleasant. A few drops go very far so don’t over do it.

( I personally only combine a max of 2)

what are crystals&how to INCORPORATE them into your life…

Crystals have been around for thousands of years. Created by nature, making them one of life’s little wonders. How and where they are created is dependent on the type of crystal. Eg forming from Vapour, melted rocks or grown where minerals have dissolved in water.

Every crystal have their own orderly continuous internal pattern, In a way of their atom, molecule or ions stacked to forming crystal lattice.

Each crystal have their natural vibrational energy and energy field with their own property.

They can be used to enhance your wellbeing and improve the energy in your home.

Crystals can be initiated, by hold them and setting the intention to welcome and invite their healing energies into your energy field and/or your home.

Try working with them by carrying or putting them around your home.

Calming and grounding crystals include, pyrite, Amethyst, rose quartz and Celestite are just a few.

High vibration crystals include watermelon tourmaline, Jade, Ruby, Selenite, Larimar and Malachite.

Remember to cleanse your crystals regularly.
