Refund and Returns

Damaged/Faulty items

In the event of an item arriving damaged, contact must be made to ourselves via email within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. we require photographic evidence of all damages wherever possible. If you receive goods that are faulty or incomplete on arrival, you must notify me within 48 hours of receipt of the item in writing via the Contact Us page on the website).

Incorrect items received

If by mistake we supply you with an incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days. In writing by using the Contact Us page on the website

Unwanted items

If you wish to return an unwanted item, you must notify me in writing (either by e-mail or by using the Contact Us page on the website) within 14 days of receipt of the item. There are no refunds or exchange on any Bundles. This includes the Journal - comfort and create/wellness/ coffee lover and book lover bundles, unless it’s damaged. A photo will be required in such instance.

All Items should be returned in their original packaging and 'as new' to the address given upon request.

Please quote your original order number on all returns and correspondence.

In the event of an item returned not arriving, you will be asked to provide tracking details (where applicable) or a receipt of proof of postage.

We advise that customers return items of high value (£15 or more) a return signed for second class. A QR code will be provided for any bundle/stationary returns.

All returns are at the customers own cost. Postage will need to be purchased from the store and a return QR code will be provided to post at your nearest In Post store.

If an item(s) is returned not in line with our returns procedure. If a return was accepted, but recieved damaged, used or otherwise unsellable condition, you will forfeit your refund and will not be resent the items.

Full refund will be processed once the item(s) have been received in their orginal package and unused. For Damaged items received a photograph will be required, as stated above.

Refund and Return Policy

I strive to ensure that customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Except Bundles. There are no refund or exchange. This includes the Journal - comfort and create/wellness/ coffee lover and book lover bundles, unless it’s damaged. A photo will be required in such instance.

Return Process:

Eligibility: Items in their original packaging unused.

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt & Incorrect items within 5 days.

Returns Address: Please send your return to the address provided upon refund request.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
